Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCS)

Health Centers provide a wide range of services which include: comprehensive primary and preventive health care, pediatric services, dental care, women's health, behavioral and mental health, lab services, HIV/AIDS counseling and testing and much more.

Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing

Information on statewide rental assistance programs with county contact lists. Provides temporary assistance to households who are being evicted due to a short-term loss of income.

Provides comprehensive care management for all veterans and families, regardless of ERA, discharge status, or location. All services are free and confidential.

Assists immigrants through the citizenship process by providing citizenship preparation classes, representation at USCIS interviews, and application assistance. Certified to complete all immigrant applications.  Offers many more other services, including a food bank.
