Reciprocal Borrowing

Piscataway Public Library also participates in reciprocal borrowing programs with local area libraries throughout the state, allowing our patrons to borrow materials from those participating libraries. 

To following applies for those who want to borrow materials from any of the libraries from the listed reciprocol borrowing programs :

  • You must have been issued a card from your home library, and that card must be in good standing to utlize this service.
  • Borrowers cannot place holds on items with recipricol borrowing libraries.
  • The types of materials available to borrow, and loan periods, for recipricol borrowers are determined by the lending library.
