Piscataway Public Library also participates in reciprocal borrowing programs with local area libraries throughout the state, allowing our patrons to borrow materials from those participating libraries.
To following applies for those who want to borrow materials from any of the libraries from the listed reciprocal borrowing programs :
- You must have been issued a card from your home library, and that card must be in good standing to utilize this service. There is a one-year expiration set that would need annual renewal.
- Borrowers cannot place holds on items with reciprocal borrowing libraries.
- The types of materials available to borrow, and loan periods, for reciprocal borrowers are determined by the lending library.
