The 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program is a nationwide initiative that encourages parents and caregivers to read 1,000 books before entering kindergarten.
Register using Beanstack to keep track of your reading. You can also print reading logs (available here) from home. When you reach a milestone (100 books, 200 books, etc), feel free to visit us at the library and collect a sticker. Once you reach 1000 books, your child can collect a bag, free book, and certificate of achievement, which can be picked up at either location. Happy Reading!
