Event Details

All ages are invited to join us for making demonstrations and activities from 11am-3pm.

Enjoy activities lead by your favorite Library staff and meet our community partners! Make the most of your New Jersey Makers Day by visiting both Piscataway Public Library locations. 

At Kennedy Library:  

  • craft paper dolls & Morse code bracelets
  • create Minecraft objects in real life 
  • explore color theory with watercolors 
  • meet our community partners, including PHS Robotics, IEEE, WeMake 4H, New Brunswick Jazz Project, and Scarlet Letterpress 
    ... and more!

Many activities will be available at both buildings. Visit Kennedy or Westergard to:

  • press a new pin with our button makers
  • contribute to community murals 
  • play with robots
  • make your own Huichol yarn painting
  • launch a straw rocket
  • learn how to make a zine
