Please answer the following questions so we can determine whether we are able to help you. You will receive a response within 3 days. We are not IT professionals, but if we can meet your needs, we will contact you to schedule an appointment. We will try to match you with a staff member who can assist, but there is no a guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your specific request based on staff availability and scope of knowledge.

If you have any questions prior to your appointment, or if you would like us to book your appointment for you, please contact the Kennedy Library Information Desk at 732-463-1633 ext 4115. When your appointment is scheduled, please make sure your device is charged and arrive with all the necessary credentials needed to access your device or accounts.

Please note that we cannot help you:

  • install, repair, or troubleshoot hardware or software
  • make changes to your operating system
  • change phone providers
  • circumvent passwords
  • type resumes or other documents or complete assignments
