Stories, Songs, and Stretches
Ages 3-6 years
Join Ms. Peggy for stories, songs, yoga-inspired play and stillness to encourage early learning, physical literacy and social emotional learning. No prior experience or knowledge of yoga needed to participate. Dress comfortably and a yoga mat or blanket is recommended but not required.
