Join us for an evening of learning about tomatoes, their garden friends, and how to preserve them to enjoy all winter long.
Rutgers trained Master Gardener Katherine Anouna has gardened in NJ for 30 years, becoming a Master Gardener in 2015. Originally trained as a chemist, she specializes in growing vegetables, perennials, and re-introducing native plants. After growing too many vegetables for so long, she has learned a bit about canning and preserving the best of New Jersey.
