DESCRIPTION:Come make some delicious chocolate at the library! In this int
 eractive workshop,  you’ll learn the basics of tempering, molding and d
 ecorating chocolate—plus a bit of chocolate history along the way. The b
 est part is you can assist the chocolate maker as treats are created for p
 articipants to sample. Best of all, you’ll take home everything made (ye
 s, all the chocolates go with you at the end). Food allergens: almonds wil
 l be used.Discover Chocolate, based in Somerville, specializes in single-o
 rigin chocolates sourced from around the world. All of their products are 
 made in-store using high-quality cacao imported from France, Belgium, and 
 Switzerland.  This event is part of our Food for Thought event series. T
