The NoveList Learning Center provides a complete introduction and shows you how to use NoveList to meet the reading needs of children. NoveList K-8 contains materials for all K-8 grade levels and includes picture books, children's "chapter" books and young adult titles.

NextReads brings suggestions for new books, old favorites and buried treasures right into your home with an email subscription.  To make it easer to browse the book suggestions, they are organized into over 20 different subject and genre newsletters for adults, teens, tweens and children.   And, it's simple to check on the availability of any book at the Library by simply clicking on "check library catalog" and getting linked directly to iBistro, the Library's electronic catalog.

"Book Facts in the Stacks" at PPL.  All you have to do to get a suggestion for a good fiction book is browse the shelves at the J. F. Kennedy and J. W. Westergard Library  and look for "Book Facts in the Stacks."  Every three months, librarians from Adult Services will highlight about four new titles in each fiction section by writing short "blurbs" about different books.  The blurbs will be attached to the shelf right by the book.
