The Parenting Collection
Located at both the Kennedy and Westergard Libraries, the Parenting Collection contains books, magazines, newspapers and videos of interest to parents, teachers and librarians.
Dealing with a variety of subjects, the collection is a vital resource for anyone interested in child development. A sampling of topics include:
- toilet training
- finicky eating
- vacationing with kids
- party planning
- discipline
- babysitting
- CPR for children
- safety on the Internet
- home schooling
- and many more...!
The Piscataway Board of Education has also contributed materials for parents who wish to enroll their children in the Piscataway School System. Most items can be borrowed for 3 weeks. Videos will be loaned for 14 days.
