Piscataway Public Library is proud to announce...

Kennedy Library is hosting a panel of the AIDS Memorial Quilt through Monday, December 17. The AIDS Memorial Quilt memorializes those who have died of AIDS, while serving as a tool to raise worldwide awareness of the devastating impact of the disease. There are more than 94,000 names on the Quilt and over 48,000 individual 3-by-6 foot memorial panels, measuring 1.3 million square feet. The Quilt was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize in 1989 and remains the largest community art project in the world.
