Piscataway Public Library buildings are currently closed to the public. The safety of the community is our number one priority, and we are looking forward to continuing to serve you while our buildings are closed.

Returning Borrowed Library Materials - Book Drops are Open

You may continue to return your library materials at any time to the book drops outside of the library.

Borrowing More Library Materials

You will be able to pick up library materials through our contact-free doorside pick up service, Library to Go. Click here to learn about this service, which debuted in the summer of 2020. If you are looking for book recommendations, use this form to request assistance from our librarians.

Printing is available by request.

Email your documents to us, specifying which building you'd like to pick up from, and a member of our staff will be in touch when your documents are ready for doorside pick up.

Downloadable eBooks and eAudiobooks

The library also offers downloadable eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, movies, graphic novels, television shows, and more for free with your library card. Check out our platforms for borrowing downloadable content here.

Library Cards

If you or a friend or family member who lives in Piscataway are in need of a Piscataway Public Library card, please fill out the form here

Virtual Programs and Events

While the buildings may be closed, all virtual programs will continue. We have activities, workshops and lectures planned for all ages. For a complete list, visit our calendar.

If you have signed up for a program with an activity kit, the program coordinator will contact you to arrange pick up.
