Placing Holds in iBistro

  1. Once in the Details Screen of an item that is not available, click on the Place Hold link in the menu on the left side of the screen.

  2. On the next screen enter your Library Card Bar Code Number and PIN and choose the pick-up location in the toggle box.

  3. If you get a menu for Volume(s) Selected, click in the box that contains the name of the library of your desired pick up location.

  4. Click on the blue Place Hold Button.

  5. Click OK.

  6. When your items are ready to be picked up, you will receive notification, either by email or phone, depending on the choice you have made for notification.  If you wish to change how you are notified (either by email or phone) please visit the Library and fill out a form to update your account.

Now, when you review your account, a list of the items you have placed on hold will appear.
