| The iBistro AutoCirc Hold Notification System has begun automatically making computer generated calls to inform customers of hold items that are ready for pick up.
The AutoCirc System will attempt to call each customer regarding each hold for a maximum of three times - once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once in the evening. Once a call is successful, the system will stop attempting to make contact. AutoCirc considers it has made a successful call when the phone is answered even if it is answered by an answering machine, or by a member of the household who may simply hear a computer recording and hang up. No further attempt will be made to contact you. After receiving an AutoCirc Hold Notification, you have three days to pick up your item.
It is important that you have a current viable phone number listed as your primary phone number of record with Piscataway Public Library. This is the phone number that the AutoCirc system will use. It can be your home phone where there is a answering machine or even your cell phone number with voice mail access. The choice is yours. Remember, this should be a phone number that you answer, have answered with an answering machine or voice mail system or by someone who can reliably take a message. |
